Meet Daisy
DAISY aka DOODY. Miss Daisy is the embodiment of "happy to be alive". This sweet soul ended up at the local shelter with extensive wounds to her face and chest, her medical notes indicated she had likely gotten caught in a wire fence or perhaps attacked by other dog. Rescue busted her right out of there and got her to a local vet, where she was diagnosed with ehlers danlos. That's just a fancy way to say her skin is a little more delicate than a normal dogs and tears really easily so she needs to be a little more careful than most dogs and can't roughhouse or engage in "mouthy" play. Daisy is the last to know though, she loves to zoomie all around the yard and her very favorite game is keep away from her foster mamas (especially when it's time to go inside). Daisy does well with dogs of all sizes but needs slow intros. She should be monitored while playing to avoid any potential owies. Daisy is crate trained and a happy playful little soul. She requires a little more care and caution than a typical puppy, but will pay you tenfold in smiles and snuggles.

*All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*
